A day of minor efficiency.
Woke up at 10am. Read a 9 page report on industrial relations in Australia, highlighted relevant bits. Had breakfast, brushed my teeth, showered, changed, packed my bag and drove to uni. Arrived in class at 11am.
Prescribed class time - 1.5 hours, 11am- 12:30 pm. Class finished 10 minutes early. Drove to chadstone. Picked up free lunch at Bakers Delight via connections (Justin). Wholemeal cheesymite scroll, still warm. Started work at 12:45. Had 15 minute break at 3:10pm. Kept in touch with the world via facebook. Finished work at 5:45pm.
Shopped for a bow tie. Paid $15 at Myer. Answered numerous phone calls while shopping. Named dropped the Middle East to random JB manager, *doh!*
Bought birthday card for nanna.
Arrived home and watched Carlton effortlessly beat Richmond.
Didn't really take care of business in any specific way today.

the early finish + free lunch = taking care of business.
ReplyDeleteyeah.. but my standards of taking care of business are increasing. it's going to take a lot more than that. i don't even play the theme song unless i took care of business in a big way.
